All our breads are naturally leavened with our own sourdough starter.
Sourdough (Baguette, Round, Epi)– White flour, naturally leavened sourdough bread. Soft and flavorful!
Whole Wheat – Whole wheat flour. Great with any meal. Nice served warm or for sandwiches.
Sour Rye Wheat – Sour rye bread with a light mix of whole wheat. Dense and flavorful!
Ciabatta – Italian rustic bread. Light white texture, excellent with pasta or use for sandwiches.
Focaccia – Flat Italian bread seasoned with olive oil and rosemary. Excellent for sandwiches or as an accompaniment to any meal.
Pugliese –Southern Italian bread similar to the ciabatta bread but with a touch of wheat.
Rustic Grain – Wholesome grains and seeds in a rye wheat bread. Dense yet delightful! The healthy choice.
Multigrain – 5 grains in a light rye wheat. Another wholesome choice.

Jalapeno and Cheese Bread – Spicy Jalapeno peppers and cheddar cheese in sourdough bread.
Garlic and Cheese Bread – Sourdough bread with whole roasted garlic cloves topped with a mix of Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese. Yummy!
